Purchasing Cloud Computing Products

No, We work hard to setup partnerships with world class providers and have agreements that allow us to offer services at or better than market price.

Contact Cloud Commerce and we will assist you with purchase and provisioning of your new service.

No, licenses are sold as part of the online purchase process to gain access to the online services you wish to subscribe to. The license is a USL (user subscription license) which provides you the right to use the online service for as long as you subscribe.

Of course, that is the beauty of Cloud Computing. With some services, you can add licenses to a subscription through the service control panel or at any time contact Cloud Commerce and we can help.

Billing

Billing is managed by Cloud Commerce for most services we sell. Some of our service providers require they manage billing. Please contact us for more information.

Electronic Invoice: Upon approval, you may receive an electronic invoice. If you select this option, you will receive a monthly electronic invoice by e-mail. Note: Each order can have multiple service subscriptions so all services will be consolidated on this electronic invoice.

Credit Card: Your credit card can automatically be charged for all payments for services. An electronic statement (eStatement) is produced when an invoice is sent or after a credit card is charged. eStatements are consolidated emailed monthly. eStatements do not include any sensitive Credit Card data.

Security and Reliability

Businesses must use a combination of technology and processes to help protect data from internal and external security threats. These threats use an array of attack vectors that require the establishment of multiple layers of protection. The threats are also constantly evolving in an effort to expose weaknesses in old defenses, thus requiring the use of multiple technologies. Together, the many of our service providers use multiple layers of security controls. Services are all secured using secure data access (HTTPS- 128-bit encryption) and secure datacenters.

Most of our service providers have a 99.XX% scheduled uptime history. Each service differs but be assured that these companies strive to have the highest uptime availability possible. SaaS software is delivered over the internet so an internet connection is required to access service, but a dedicated connection is not necessary. You can access services with any internet connection that allows SSL. Data exchanged between our datacenters and the end users are secured with a 128 bit encryption (https). Depending on the current customer network connection bandwidth, some customers might have to upgrade their existing network connection.
