To maximize benefits from implementing a new ERP tool, a solid methodology on implementation is critical. Our methodology is centered around our discovery process of your current environment. Cloud Commerce along with our NetSuite integration partner, will provide services to ensure that the client realize the full ROI of migrating their business to NetSuite ERP/CRM/Ecommerce.

High Level Deliverables
Deliverable Discovery, Mapping and Modeling of Business Processes
A business analysis report of documented current state business process requirements including a fit/gap analysis on recommended future state.
Deliverable Configuration of NetSuite
After sign-off from the discovery phase, we will begin to configure NetSuite based on requirements identified. We modify and customize the existing NetSuite account using both standard configuration and scripting.
Deliverable Data Mapping/Migration
Identify and map all legacy data into NetSuite data model. Any data cleansing can be performed by our team for an additional fee.
Deliverable Training & Documentation
Conduct NetSuite product training to client staff on all major functional areas. Training documentation is provided in electronic format.
