Setup Steps for Hosted PBX

The great thing about cloud computing is the ease in setup. Although each different type of cloud computing service has a different setup process, that's where we help. The following steps will give you an idea of the basic steps your company will need to take to get this specific service running.

	GET A QUOTE AND PLACE YOUR ORDER
Sign up for a free, customized quote and if like what you see, place an order with one of our friendly Cloud Specialist.
	RECEIVE YOUR PHONES
After receiving your preconfigured phones simply plug them in. You will want to make sure you plug in the power cord to the wall and your other cord into the Internet. You will see a LAN port on the back of your phone. Plug the opposite end of the cord that you have plugged into the Internet into this port. You should see your phone power on. Simply wait for your phone to register with our system and you will then be able to make and receive phones calls.
	SIGN UP FOR TRAINING
Sign up for training via the email address provided and you and your team can participate in either a group session or individual training to learn about the features of your new system. Everything is managed through a web portal, which you select the administrator in your company. If you'd like us to manage the administration for you, we'd be happy to.
	SETUP VOICEMAIL AND OTHER FEATURES
To set up your voicemail for the first time from your cell phone simply dial your number. You will hear our default greeting. At that time you will want to press the * key and enter our default password of 123456. You will then follow the prompts and set up your voice mail. We encourage you to reset your password. If you are calling in from your Polycom phone you will want to press the message key. You will see a connect button appear in the middle of your phone above one of your soft keys. Press the connect button and enter your default password of 123456. At this point follow the prompts and you will be able to set up your voicemail. We encourage you to reset your voicemail once prompted to.
	EXISTING NUMBER PORT
If you company wants to keep your existing phone numbers, no problem. During the setup process, we will arrange with your current provider to port the numbers to our network and schedule a port date. When that date comes, your old phones will no longer answer to the phone numbers and your new Hosted PBX system will answer to all your existing numbers.
